Spraying system

The T100 model is equipped with a 100-liter tank and dual centrifugal sprayers, which provide higher flight speed, wider spray coverage, and greater efficiency when used on large areas. Users working in orchards can choose an optional sprayer kit that increases spray output and efficiency, allowing it to penetrate dense canopy and reach the underside of leaves on tall trees with dense canopy, providing exceptional versatility and productivity when performing various agricultural tasks.

During flight, the aircraft detects unmarked obstacles, automatically recognizes and memorizes their location. Users can save the location of obstacles within a block with a single press of a button on the remote control, and the flight path will automatically bypass the obstacles. If users do not choose to save obstacles within the block, the aircraft will still anticipate obstacles based on memory when flying past the same location next time, which will increase the likelihood of successfully avoiding obstacles.
LiDAR, machine vision, and millimeter wave radar each have unique advantages. By integrating these three technologies, agricultural drones can better navigate various operational scenarios and challenging conditions. This integration provides reliable safety redundancy and improves the overall effectiveness of the safety system. 1. LiDAR has more powerful capabilities for 3D spatial extraction, enabling altitude maintenance, semantic recognition, localization, and 3D mapping. It provides more accurate semantic recognition of aluminum wires and overhead cables. 2. Millimeter wave radar: It operates stably in various agricultural environments and is not affected by day or night, fog, or water vapor, providing basic safety. It can also perform multi-directional perception using multiple sets of millimeter wave radars. 3. Machine vision system: It has a higher ability to detect nearby obstacles, which helps the perception system create detailed maps and intelligently avoid them. It can also help pilots view a 360-degree flight environment and various AR display screens.

Spraying system

The capacity of the new spray system has been increased to 100 liters, and the pump has been upgraded and redesigned, increasing the maximum flow rate by 87.5% to 30 liters per minute. Spraying now covers a wider area with improved penetration. In addition, the innovative design of the inner and outer covers makes it easier to add chemicals.
Activating the one-sided spraying function can improve spraying efficiency around field boundaries and obstacles. 1. When the aircraft turns or makes a turn at the field boundary, the nozzle on the side close to the field boundary is activated for spraying. 2. When the aircraft bypasses obstacles, the nozzle on the side closest to the obstacle is activated for spraying.

Distribution system

After removing the distribution disc, it can be used in normal mode, which is suitable for scenarios such as aquaculture and fertilizing lotus fields.

The large-capacity tank is suitable for spreading low-density materials such as grass seed; it increases the amount of work that can be done in a single flight, reduces the frequency of battery replacement and refueling, and improves spreading efficiency.

Spread rate increased by 270% to 400 kg/min, spread width increased to 10 m, tank capacity increased to 150 l, and various feeder configurations are compatible with different materials. Stainless steel rim is integrated for greater durability.

Select the appropriate feeder depending on the application rate, particle type, and size of the material being distributed.

The standard configuration includes two feeders: an extra-large feeder and a medium feeder, suitable for materials ranging in size from 0.5 to 10 mm.

The DJI Agras T70P and DJI Agras T100 distributors are compatible, but the tank is not compatible.

Lifting system

Users should select a lifting rope length within the recommended range of 10 to 15 m. If the rope is too short, excessive swinging may cause the load to hit the screws. If the cable is too long, the load may touch the ground, or the cable may become entangled in trees or wires on the ground, which could lead to accidents.
This is not recommended. On windy days, lifting operations can cause the load to be constantly exposed to the wind, resulting in swaying and a threat to flight safety.
When conducting lifting operations within the framework of local regulatory requirements, types of cargo include, but are not limited to, seedlings, fruit, fertilizers, and building materials.
1. Avoid overload during flight. It is recommended to fly in accordance with the recommended load, allowing the aircraft to smoothly cope with fluctuations, lift, and other overload situations. Overload can cause severe shaking of the aircraft, inability to stabilize, and other safety risks, which can lead to loss of control and crash. 2. It is not recommended to lift loads with a large windward surface, as such loads are easily affected by natural wind, causing significant oscillations and affecting the safety of the aircraft.
1. The standard lifting module has a load capacity of 100 kg, while the double electric lifting module has a load capacity of 80 kg. 2. The double lifting module for batteries can hold two batteries at the same time, ensuring longer operation. 3. The double battery lifting module supports a fuse function, allowing for quick and safe evacuation in emergency situations.

Remote control

It is compatible with the DJI Agras T70P, but not with other models.
The all-new DJI RC Plus 2 remote controller features higher performance, a brighter screen, longer range with internal and external batteries, additional button backlighting for easier operation at night, and a host of customizable physical buttons for flexible control.

Smart flight battery and charging equipment

The DB2160 smart battery has a high capacity and lower weight, and is equipped with a triple cooling system with an air channel for increased efficiency. The ergonomic handle makes it much easier to install and remove the battery. The D14000iE multifunctional inverter generator has increased power and shorter charging times. The C12000 smart charger provides silent charging, making it environmentally friendly.
